We recommend beginning with at least one Private Session and/or our Pilates Foundations course. These introductory sessions will familiarize you with the fundamental principles of Pilates, proper movement patterns, and the equipment you'll use throughout your practice.Building this foundation from the start helps you move with confidence, perform each exercise with good technique, and get the greatest benefit from every class
24 hour notice is required for cancelling both private sessions and group classes. Failure to provide adequate notice as well as "no-shows" will incur the full amount of the session price and/or 1 class credit will be removed. If on a membership, a $15 fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, there is ample free parking in the lot in front of the studio building!
We recommend comfortable workout clothing that allows for full range of motion, preferably slim-fitting so that your instructor can see movement and alignment. Pilates is done in bare feet or non-slip grip socks—you'll leave your shoes in the lobby. A layer, such as a long sleeve shirt, is recommended. We prefer a scent-free environment, please.
A water bottle is a good idea. Props are supplied and cleaned but feel free to bring your own. Towels are not provided. If desired, you may bring a towel to place on the Reformer/Mat surface.
